Guizhou Nafurui Sericulture Industry Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Nafurui Company) is the operating entity of the sericulture industry in Nayong County. The company was established on August 20, 2020, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. It is a mixed venture between the county owned state-owned enterprise Nayong Poverty Alleviation Development Investment Co., Ltd. and Nayong County Ruihui Silkworm Breeding Development Co., Ltd. Our main business includes sericulture cultivation, silkworm seed incubation, silkworm cocoon breeding, technical guidance for sericulture, deep processing of silkworm cocoons, research and development, and sales of sericulture products throughout the entire industry chain. Our currently developed products include 5A grade white factory silk, silk quilts, golden silkworm pupae, mulberry leaf tea, mulberry leaf biscuits, etc. In 2022, the 21st batch of key leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization operation in Bijie City will be recognized.

1、 In 2023, Nayong County will construct more than 10000 acres of mulberry gardens, distributed in townships such as Shaowo, Yangchang, and Kunzhai. Nafurui Company has its own demonstration mulberry gardens of 6000 acres, and has completed the construction of one 1200 acre seedling base and 12 mulberry variety improvement bases of 336.17 acres; Build a standardized demonstration silkworm breeding house of 24438 square meters; Through exploration and comparison, three suitable silkworm breeds for aquaculture in the Nayong climate were identified: 781 * 7532, 7532 * 781, and Qingsong * Haoyue; This year, 2238 silkworm eggs were produced, with a cocoon production of 67348 kilograms and a total cocoon output value of 4.18 million yuan; Linking eight county and district silkworm breeding points, including Zhijin, Qixingguan, Dafang, Shuicheng, Liuzhi, and Puding, we have carried out silkworm seed supply, technical guidance, and silkworm cocoon procurement work, cultivating more than 100 silkworm cocoon breeding households inside and outside the county. The industrial foundation has been preliminarily established, and through the "large, medium, small and micro, step-by-step incubation, and technology transfer" (large: leading enterprises, medium: large households, cooperatives, small: self growing and self-sufficient farmers, micro: migrant workers engaged in the sericulture industry) joint agricultural and agricultural model, the mulberry plantation will gradually return to the hands of farmers. Currently, the sericulture industry in Nayong County has incubated 30 large households, managed a mulberry plantation area of 2000 acres, incubated 100 self growing and self-sufficient populations, and managed a mulberry plantation area of 1000 acres.

2、 In order to build a sericulture industry chain and achieve production and sales integration between the breeding and processing ends, our county has built a silk reeling factory in Shaowo Town and a clothing factory in Nayong County Economic Development Zone. We have also started the development and brand building of by-products such as silk quilts and mulberry leaf tea. The silk reeling factory covers an area of 28 acres and is equipped with 6 sets of silk reeling machines (100 threads per set). The annual full production can consume 1540 tons of fresh silkworm cocoons, and the annual full production can produce 220 tons of raw silk. Trial production was conducted in March 2023, and 2 out of 6 silk reeling production lines have been put into production. Currently, the training of qualified workers can meet the production needs of both production lines, and they have gradually been put into operation. At present, the silk produced has been inspected by the Fiber Quality Monitoring Center of Huzhou City, and all other indicators have reached 6A level, except for the cleanliness score of 4A level. The raw silk grades are divided into 6A, 5A, 4A, 3A, 2A, A, B, C, D, E, F, and external products. The probability of producing 6A level silk is 3%. At present, more than 60% of the national silk bulk trade market is for 3A grade silk, with limited supply of 4A grade silk, extremely scarce 5A grade silk, and very few 6A grade silk. The preliminary conditions for building a "high-end silk processing base" have been met. The clothing factory covers an area of 1500 square meters and is equipped with a complete set of equipment for cutting fabrics and making clothes. It mainly produces silk garments and has completed the sampling of silk shirts. Based on the situation of trying on shirts, large-scale production is carried out.
