From rural planting and breeding households to factory workshop workers, 54 skillful farmers in shaowo town have completed their "dressing up" and have a stable wage income.

Recently, at the nafurei silk reeling plant in Ma'anshan, Huanghe community, shaowo Town, workers are skillfully operating equipment on the production line. Among the busy workers, lucoco is one of them. She is mainly responsible for silk reeling operation.

"I used to take children, farm land and raise livestock at home. In February this year, I went to the silk reeling factory to learn the reeling operation technology. Before, my salary was 3000 yuan per month, and now I can get more than 4400 yuan." lukke said.

From cocoon to finished white factory silk, the main processes involved are: Cocoon stripping, cocoon boiling, silk reeling, reeling, and silk weaving. With the help of machines and equipment, workers can quickly complete each link of the work.

In February, 2023, nafurei silk reeling processing plant organized training for those who were originally engaged in silkworm breeding and newly recruited personnel. In April, two white mill silk product production lines began to be put into production, and workers were officially on duty.

"At present, there are more than 50 workers in the reeling factory, all of whom are engaged in the planting and breeding industry. After three months of training, they have all been transformed into industrial workers." liyucheng, the head of the factory, said.
