This scene of busy silk reeling factories in the south of the Yangtze River appears in the mountains of shaowo Town, Nayong County.

In the process of silk production, reeling is the most important link, and it also needs the most labor. Most of the women in the villages near the factory work in the silk reeling factory. The existence of this factory has turned them from farm women to women workers.

"Since the establishment of the factory, I have come to work in it, and the salary is about 4000. I feel very good." Lisha, a worker in the silk reeling factory, said she was very satisfied with this job.

Before reeling, cocoons need to be manually screened and sent to the cocoon cooking workshop to be cooked for ease of relief. When the cooked cocoon enters the silk reeling workshop, it needs to be sorted out in the Saussure pot. The separated raw silk is rewound into a complete raw silk chip, and then it can be packaged and delivered after two processes of weaving and twisting.

In 2019, Guizhou nafurei company developed the silkworm industry in shaowo Town, mainly planting mulberry, raising silkworm and selling cocoons. After several years of development, the company has expanded its scale, built a processing plant, equipped with reeling and silk clothing equipment, and gradually formed a complete silkworm industry chain.

In March this year, the reeling factory conducted trial production. At present, 2.5 groups of 6 reeling production lines have been put into production, 69 skilled workers have been trained and retained, and the other 3.5 groups of production lines are ready to be put into production gradually, with a total of 9.5 tons of silk. The output of raw silk is 5A grade. According to the official six indicators, four of them have reached 6A grade, and the probability of producing 6A grade silk is 3%.

It is understood that at present, Grade 3A silk accounts for more than 60% of the National Silk bulk trade market, grade 4A silk is less available, grade 5A silk is extremely rare, and grade 6A silk is very few. In the whole silk market, the silk produced by the reeling factory of Guizhou nafurei Sericulture Industry Development Co., Ltd. is a fine product.

"Our silk reeling factory has a total of six production lines, and now there are about 70 workers, and we are ready to recruit about 150 more to continue production. The cocoons in the surrounding counties and districts are all purchased and processed by us, but they can not meet our processing needs, and we are ready to purchase cocoons from Yunnan, Sichuan and other places for processing." Lu Keke, deputy director of the silk reeling factory workshop, said.
